Return shipments

If you want to return a shipment, please follow the steps below:

This procedure can only be used for the following EU countries:

Email us at info@blindbox.cz to return the shipment.

Our support will provide you return address for your country.

Pack the package well to prevent damage. Please clearly write the code 99600739 on the package.

Send the shipment to the address. You pay the shipping cost in your country. We pay the shipping cost from your country to us.

Wait for our support statement after the package is delivered.
